By requesting a quote, scheduling service, or engaging Dry Creek Services ("we," "us," "our") for any work, you ("the customer") agree to the following terms. These terms govern all services provided by Dry Creek Services in the Treasure Valley and surrounding areas of Idaho.
All prices quoted are estimates based on information provided by the customer at the time of the request. If conditions on-site differ materially from what was described — including but not limited to access issues, extent of work, undisclosed hazards, or property conditions — we will notify the customer of any pricing adjustment before work begins. The customer may accept the revised price or cancel the job at no charge.
Quoted prices apply to the scope of work described at the time of booking. Work outside that scope may be quoted and billed separately.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of work performed, contact us within 48 hours of service completion and we will return to correct the issue at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the labor and workmanship performed by Dry Creek Services only. It does not apply to:
The satisfaction guarantee does not constitute a warranty against future damage or a guarantee of specific outcomes beyond the service described.
Dryer vent cleaning removes accessible lint buildup and reduces fire risk associated with obstructed venting. We are not responsible for fires, property damage, or appliance damage caused by:
Our service does not constitute a fire safety inspection, code compliance certification, or guarantee against future lint accumulation.
High-pressure washing can cause damage to surfaces that are already compromised, aged, or fragile. The customer is responsible for disclosing any old, damaged, painted, sealed, or delicate surfaces before work begins. Dry Creek Services is not liable for damage to surfaces that were already deteriorated, weakened, or improperly installed prior to service.
By scheduling power washing service, the customer represents that all surfaces to be cleaned are in condition suitable for pressure washing, or has disclosed any concerns in advance.
The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all items designated for removal are legal to dispose of and do not contain hazardous materials. We do not accept, haul, or dispose of hazardous materials including but not limited to: paints, solvents, chemicals, fuels, batteries, asbestos, biohazardous waste, or any items regulated under federal, state, or local law.
The customer bears full liability for any costs, fines, or damages arising from undisclosed hazardous materials. Dry Creek Services reserves the right to refuse any items at its discretion.
The customer is responsible for identifying and confirming all items to be removed before work begins. We are not liable for the accidental removal of items not designated for removal by the customer.
The customer is responsible for disclosing the location of underground utilities, irrigation lines, buried structures, or any other subsurface features before work begins. Dry Creek Services is not liable for damage to undisclosed underground features. Call 811 before any digging work is required.
To the maximum extent permitted by Idaho law, Dry Creek Services' total liability to the customer for any claim arising from services rendered is limited to the amount the customer paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
The customer grants Dry Creek Services permission to access the property as necessary to perform the agreed-upon services. The customer is responsible for securing pets, clearing access paths as needed, and disclosing any known safety hazards on the property before our arrival.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment. Last-minute cancellations (less than 2 hours before the scheduled start time) may result in a cancellation fee to cover travel and labor costs already incurred.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes shall be resolved in Ada County, Idaho.
